Le groupe d\u2019entreprises Care Management est n\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le D\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019Organisation d\u2019Etablissements sociaux et diaconaux (Gesellschaft f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Planung sozialer und diakonischer Einrichtungen GmbH \u2013 GESDE), cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1995 \u00e0 Montreux. En 1999, cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 rebaptis\u00e9e Care Management International SA (CMI) et \u00e9tait en charge de la direction strat\u00e9gique du groupe Care Management en Suisse et en Allemagne. Par d\u00e9cision des associ\u00e9s, CMI a \u00e9t\u00e9 scind\u00e9e en deux en 2009 pour devenir Care Management Suisse S\u00e0rl et Care Management Deutschland GmbH.<\/p>\n

Care Management Deutschland GmbH avec si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Bonn est un prestataire de services priv\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l\u2019exploitation de r\u00e9sidences pour seniors. Dans sa fonction de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 holding, elle g\u00e8re les r\u00e9sidences Nova Vita \u00e0 Bonn, Essen<\/a> et Berlin<\/a>. Par ailleurs, elle dirige l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de soins Nova Vita \u00ab\u00a0Paulinenhaus\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> \u00e0 Berlin ainsi que l\u2019h\u00f4tel 4 \u00e9toiles Collegium Leoninum \u00e0 Bonn<\/a>. L\u2019encadrement des r\u00e9sidents est assur\u00e9 par sa filiale Nova Vita Ambulante Pflege GmbH.<\/p>\n

Care Management Suisse S\u00e0rl avec si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Veytaux est l\u2019\u00e9quivalent suisse de Care Management Deutschland GmbH. Elle g\u00e8re la r\u00e9sidence Nova Vita Montreux<\/a>. Elle poss\u00e8de les droits de licence de la marque Nova Vita, prot\u00e9g\u00e9e dans de nombreux pays europ\u00e9ens. La d\u00e9nomination Nova Vita (nouvelle vie) symbolise l\u2019espoir croissant des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de pouvoir r\u00e9organiser cette troisi\u00e8me partie de leur existence.<\/p>\n

Sur les cinq sites Montreux, Veytaux, Bonn, Berlin et Essen, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du groupe Care Management emploient plus de 400 collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>
